Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with clients and their contestants regarding active contests and prize fulfillment. This position includes reviewing contest entries, responding to email inquiries, assisting with winner selection process, coordination of winner paperwork, prize fulfillment, as well as company receptionist. This position has the ability to grow into other positions within the company. The successful candidate will have a passion for social media, be tech savy, and have excellent organization and communication skills.
Ideally 1-3 years previous Customer Service experience
Passion to work hard and grow within a startup environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
